How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your AmberWillo account and associated data, you can do so in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Delete Through Your Account Settings
- Log in to your AmberWillo account at app.amberwillo.com
- Navigate to Settings → Account
- Click “Delete Account”
- Confirm your deletion request
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address associated with your AmberWillo account
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and data
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, preferences)
- Your practice session recordings and feedback
- Your progress tracking data and confidence scores
- Any other personal information associated with your account
Timeline
Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Important Note
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use AmberWillo again.
